37 hours of work, school, a test, presentation for that UCSF seminar, and 3 interviews…ROAR!!! Busy week to say the least.

Props to my man Dan for accurately desribing the extreme pleasure that I associate with sleeping now since I get so little of it:

LLDEM89 (10:13:01 PM): but yeah dude…i know exactly the kind of sleep you’re talking about
LLDEM89 (10:13:11 PM): your bedskirt like brushes by your leg as you walk by
LLDEM89 (10:13:14 PM): and you pop a chubby
LLDEM89 (10:13:20 PM): and you’re like “oooooo boy”
LLDEM89 (10:13:28 PM): “Cant wait to get all up in that tonight”

So lets see….just finished Cowboy Bebop, my dad’s favorite series. Had some wierd episodes but overall really enjoyable and it was just nice to see something different.

Cowboy Bebop

Found out some information about Naruto as well. After seeing the new opening I got a little suspicious and confirmed that there won’t be any good episodes until Spring of 2006. From the AonE forum:

Naruto Anime Filler Episodes to last until Spring 2006
Reported by: Tazmo on Friday, Oct. 21st, 2005 at 12:14PM
In a very recent speech given by the producer and owner of Studio Pierrot (the studio that produces the Japanese Naruto anime in Japan) in Vienna he answered a lot of questions surrounding the series, perhaps surprised that so many people outside of Japan were so up to date with Naruto. When asked when the fillers would end he replied: “Naruto will grow in the series. This part… with grown-up Naruto will air Spring 2006 in Japan – there’ll also be a new movie next summer. And we are currently working on a movie for Bleach”. This means that when the seventh season of Naruto begins next week it will be solely dedicated to fillers, and at the beginning of season 8 (27 episodes from now) we should see the anime following in the mangas footsteps. With this news the earliest we will see this is April 2006, conveniently in time for Naruto’s second movie to release on DVD. Thanks to everyone who sent the link for this.

SHitty. Maybe reading manga really is the best way to go. Most anime filler episodes aren’t that bad, but yeah, when Naruto has filler eps it just seems like they let their interns animate and come up with story lines.

OoohHH! Last week I finally got something I won unexpectadly off ebay. Real damn good price too. TOo bad I have to pay UT $1,600 for a tuition loan in like 3 weeks.

Optimus Prizime

Haha, fucking generation 1 Optimus Prime in pretty damn good condition. This toy is 1 year younger than I am, holy cRAP!

Moving on to more random banter, I went with Orlando last night to Videoke at Alamo Drafthouse. Was pretty shitty I have to admit, nothing like the last two times I went. Still haven’t gotten the balls / drunk enough to go up and perform but still enjoy going. Anyone who wants to check it out let me know. Hopefully next time will be better.

Well, better be getting to bed. Work tomorrow, interviews Monday and Tuesday, then off to SF on Wednesday for AGEP seminar and Celeste.
